Delivery & Returns
Once the payment for your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation of your order and our artisans will start the production of your item. Our sales team will send a separate email with shipping details, that includes tracking information and expected day of arrival. All items are processed using Malca Amit, Dunbar Armored, or FedEx with your preference of signature requirement.
Orders may experience shipping delays that are unforeseen and uncontrollable by KC Sukamto, Inc. and the courier. We are also unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. All transactions with these type of addresses will be cancelled.
KC Sukamto, Inc. is not responsible for items/orders lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier through their insurance policy.
All transactions and items shipped with final sale markings are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange (unless it has prior approval from our sales team).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because all of our items are made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.
